Project Overview

Transporter Executive is a Sutton Coldfield–based executive travel and private hire company offering luxury airport transfers, chauffeur services, wedding car hire and more.

Their existing website needed a comprehensive redesign — retaining brand colours and core services while improving usability, performance and search visibility.

I was tasked with delivering a refreshed, high‑performing site that supports both their loyal customer base and future growth ambitions.

My Approach

I started by analysing the existing site to identify weaknesses: slow load times, outdated design and poor SEO structure.

Keeping the client’s original brand colours ensured continuity, while the redesign introduced a modern, cleaner visual style and improved the user journey.

The site was rebuilt with a focus on speed, mobile responsiveness, and intuitive navigation to make it easier for users to book transfers or request quotes.

I also designed clear call-to-action elements and improved the quote‑request and booking process to increase conversion potential.
