Project Overview

Reach Rehab provides specialist physiotherapy and rehabilitation services for adults and children in Lichfield and the surrounding areas.

When the business contacted me, its website had been hacked and pharmaceutical adverts were being injected into the pages. The immediate priority was to remove the infected files and restore the site to working order.

Once the site was back online, it was clear that years of work by different suppliers had left it with inconsistent layouts and styles that no longer reflected the professionalism of the business.

My Approach

I redesigned and refreshed the website to create a cohesive visual system, clearer navigation and a stronger structure for presenting Reach Rehab’s specialist services.

I reorganised the content so visitors could move more easily between service information, location pages and enquiry routes. The responsive layouts were refined so important information and calls to action remained clear on desktop, tablet and mobile.

The project also included extensive local SEO work. I developed service and location content around specialist mobile physiotherapy in Lichfield and surrounding areas, while improving headings, metadata and page structure.
