Masters Advanced Clinical Care — Website Case Study
Healthcare Website Design & SEO in Birmingham
Project Overview
Masters Advanced Clinical Care (MACC) is a Birmingham-based ADHD and autism assessment provider, supporting adults, children and young people through remote services across England.
Their approach combines clinical expertise with personal understanding. Many of MACC’s clinicians are neurodivergent themselves or have close family who are, bringing lived experience to the care they provide.
I created a new website that communicates that distinction while making a complex range of services easier to explore. The brief centred on clarity, accessibility, performance and SEO, with a calm, reassuring presentation that reflects MACC’s values.
My Approach
For someone considering an assessment, understanding what happens next matters. I built the website around that need, organising information into clear pathways for adults, children and young people.
Dedicated pages explain services such as adult ADHD assessments across England and autism assessments for children and young people. This gives visitors a relevant starting point and creates focused pages for individual services.
The assessment journey is broken into stages, taking visitors from their initial enquiry through assessment, feedback and ongoing support. Pricing, funding and NHS Right to Choose information sit alongside the clinical content, helping visitors explore their options before getting in touch.
I also gave MACC’s people and approach a prominent place within the website. Information about the team, clinical leadership and governance helps communicate the expertise behind the service, while the tone keeps the individual at the centre.
Throughout the project, I focused on readable layouts, clear headings and straightforward navigation. SEO formed part of the website’s foundations, supporting the long-term visibility of MACC’s assessment and support services.
Key Features
Clear service pathways: Separate information for adults, children and young people, with dedicated ADHD and autism pages.

A reassuring visual approach: Generous spacing, clear typography and a consistent layout that supports readability.
Clinical expertise and lived experience: Prominent content explaining the people, values and experience behind MACC.
Support beyond assessment: Information on learning support, therapies and post-diagnostic care.
Practical patient information: Accessible routes to pricing, funding, referral information and enquiries.
SEO foundations: Focused service content and a clear website structure to support organic visibility.
Results
The completed website gives MACC a professional online presence that reflects both its clinical expertise and its compassionate approach.
Visitors can explore the relevant assessment pathway, understand the stages involved and find information about further support in one place. The website also makes MACC’s remote delivery model clear, supporting its reach across England from its Birmingham base.
For MACC, the result is a website built around patient understanding, with SEO foundations to support its ongoing online presence.
