The previous site was in need of a re-design, so I took the opportunity to create something of which I am very proud. I wanted to incorporate a host of new features that would make the site more relevant to the web users of today.

As a result, I incorporated a lot of video and audio content, blogs and interactive Google maps. The design feels very fresh and contemporary yet, still adheres to strict web standards. Because this is an education based site, there is also a great need for the site to be accessible and we have achieved this with a number of way to view the site – in addition to it being heavily standards based.
